No. HyaPak is a privately held company and is not publicly traded, so there is no HyaPak stock, share price or ticker, and shares cannot be bought through a broker or app. Investment is private and arranged directly with the company, for eligible investors. Full detail on the Invest page.

There is no public stock price or market cap because HyaPak is not listed. Valuation is discussed privately with qualified investors under a non-disclosure agreement.

Yes, and we mean it. Depending on the product, it is gone within 3 to 12 months of being discarded, leaving no microplastic residue, and we tune that timeline to the use case. Independent biodegradability testing is available to partners on request.

HyaPak biodegrades in ordinary soil with no industrial composter required and leaves no microplastics. PLA and many compostable plastics only break down in facilities reaching 55 to 60 degrees Celsius, which barely exist in East Africa. Paper has a higher water and energy footprint. We harvest water hyacinth from Lake Naivasha and Lake Victoria in Kenya, working with fishermen and fisherwomen from the affected lakeside communities. This creates green jobs and an extra source of income for them.

Unlikely any time soon. Water hyacinth is the most problematic aquatic weed in the world, affecting more than 70 countries, and among the fastest-growing plants on earth. Clearing it faster than it regrows is the goal, not a risk to supply.
